I agree with you. Junk food evokes depression. For a certain period of time I consume fast food and I always felt depressive and angry. But after reading some articles I have decided to folow a healthy style of life. SO, the result was amazing. I stop thinking about negative. Now I am pretty optimistic and I am doing sport that gives me more power and energy.
